One day my phone just didn't want to boot up at all. No previous weird things happend, it just failed to boot. It won't charge. The battery is charged by the way.

The only thing phone makes when connecting charger or USB cable - it turns on orange led for 5 seconds and then turning off.

The Windows PC recognizes something when I connect phone through USB, it makes sound, but associated device never comes up in device manager. After approx. 15 minutes windows makes another recognize sound and the "qhsusb_dload" unrecognized device comes up in device manager. I tried recovery mode, but I never happen to boot in recovery mode.

I've already found this thread with same bricked state - https://together.jolla.com/question/66466/completely-bricked-jolla/ ,but sadly, we don't have Jolla representative or shop here in Kazakhstan anymore. So the phone is screwed up beyond all repair. Any thoughts on how to make it alive?

This was discussed here http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=91885&highlight=bricked and a solution was posted here http://www.jollausers.com/2014/10/files-and-instructions-to-recover-jolla/

The file you are looking for is jolla-factory.tar.xz This file contain Qualcomm binary blobs and was removed by ........ Google for it and you'll find at least one download source. ;-)

I can't start up the phone now after the update, after optimising it just showed jolla logo and then the white blinking light and black screen. I went in recovery mode, I guess the only thing I can do to fix is it is reset? ;-( I then lose all my data and backups from before no??? ... I think i should just get another backup phone then :-/

The OP doesn't mention OS upgrade so you might better check the other recent posts with "bricked": https://together.jolla.com/questions/scope:all/sort:activity-desc/tags:bricked/page:1/
