Anyone else experiencing the issues with update? Update check starts normally followed by backup steps and finally with actual update. Then update progress bar appears and in several seconds message appears. Approximate English translation says 'Can't update right now, please check later, you phone will be rebooted'.

taking into account all the data have been downloaded during previous iterations and that I've just tried 4-th time - looks like there is some kind of packets conflict or something.. should I try to update from the console?
No, just try again as @Alex says.
I get such errors on about 1 update out of every 4. With "monthly" updates coming once a quarter on average, no wonder you get hordes of impatient people rushing in to update all at once when an update does eventually arrive and the server is clearly struggling. Just wait a few minutes/hours/days and try again.

Yes... After a lot of retries something changed and now update is installing... But I don't understand the reason for such behavior. It looks like previously it just failed to download update completely but still tried to install (which is bug from my prospective).
It is indeed unusual that the update failed so many times...
