The steps are already describe below by jalomann. You don't need to "root" your Jolla, because it is just a plain GNU/Linux without any the typical Android releated flaws. You're merely switching from user nemo to user root with devel-su after you have installed the terminal through the developer-mode.

Settings->Developer mode->On Set a strong password. Wait for a while. Go to start page. Terminal

Enter your strong password.

and after you learned what privileged-user is devel-su -p will become your friend too. (BTW there is no such thing as Intex Aqua Fish Root, SailfishOS works almost the same on all devices - some differences in hardware and versions of licensed goods are the major differences)
