[BUG] White screen in accounts

White screen without any information appears when I try to add any cloud account (dropbox, onedrive) after pressing "Accept" for the terms of use. It appears only if I have not-synced date and time to the NTP server. I think there should be something similar to SSL error screen which appears if I try to add Google account. After syncing time and date at least once these screens load okay.
