After update to 2.0.4.13 all was good. Then i reapplyed the patches
.
Now it seems to be that the background picture is overlaying the luncher.
Any idea how to unapply the patches by using ssh connection or editing some conf files?

The patch who causing the overlaying was "sailfishos-combined-pulley-menu"

I'm really surprised that my patch causes this issue because combined pulley menu patch doesn't patch anything in the lipstick-jolla-home-qt5 (which is your homescreen) and I haven't such feedback before. I think you have unique combination of patches or one of random homescreen bugs. Anyway, I'm glad you're in the business again.
I have similar issue. Bunch of patches is installed including yours and some from coderus.

Run terminal on PC, connect to your Jolla with
telnet 10.42.66.66
Choose 4 (Shell).
Run:
mount /dev/mmcblk0p28 /mnt
chroot /mnt
patchmanager -u patchname
Exit to Recovery mode (run Exit).
The patch specified at step 5 should be removed now.

Maybe we should test it by disabling all patches but yours?
