Can't add contacts

Hi everyone. I did factory reset and after this I can't see or add any contact. There is an error if I try to import contacts from sim and nothing happens after tapping "Apply" while creating new contact in Contacts app. Also, there is none contacts in my contacts list. How to fix this?
