[SDK] cmake - no valid generator given on windows

When trying to build a cmake project with SailfishOSSDK on windows 7; the list of generators is empty.
Theoretically, the build for Unix Makefiles should be available.
Clearing all the caches just gets it to produce Windows-based projects.
