GLM measure&document no bluethooth connection

Greetings!
I got a new Bosch GLM 100C for Christmas.
One of the first things I tried was if the Jolla android store is finding the APP GLM measure&document and yes it's finding it.
Installing etc no problem, I thought if Pokemon Go is running this should be no problem if even Androdi 2.3 devices are compitable.
But for some reason the app isn't finding the bluethoot connected GLM100c
The Intex Aquafish os 2.0.4 finds it connects and tells me Supported profiles: SPP,not recognized profile Unterstützte Profile: SPP, Nicht anerkannte Profile The Phone is not moded anywhere (just standard software). The GLM100C says not connected (symbol) i.For Bluetooth© low-energy-devices, establishing a connection may not be possible depending on model and operating system. Bluetooth© devices must support the SPP profile.
Maybe there is an easy solution like an safty option I wasn't aware of etc.? Any missing bluethooth profiles?
If someone has an solution for this it would be great.
