Calendar event time zone changes on reminder

I got an event per email and added it to the calendar. Original time was 10 am PST and was correctly translated for me to 7 pm CET (it's a phone call so I expext two separate times for the attenders). It showed up as 7 pm CET all the time until the day of the event when the reminder I had set for 2 hours before the event notified me. The reminder popped up at 8 am CET and the event time was changed since then to 10 am CET. My expectation was to be notified at 5 pm CET and the event time should remain 7 pm CET.
Can anyone confirm this problem?
