Phone app doesn't minimize

I don't have a reliable way of reproducing it but i've seen this a couple of times now. On occasion and after a phone call the phone app disappears from the screen instead of minimizing if you swipe right or left.

I had this several times. After reboot, all is fine again. I hve no phone patch installed.

You can also go to Utilities and restart the home screen. That fixes it also.
