pkcon- Resume failed downloads.

Can we resume failed downloads using "pkcon install <file>" ? My network coneection is unstable which causes download failure and file need to be redownloaded on same network. This is never ending loop for me.</file>
If there any solution within mentioned condition? Thanks in advance.
