Hi,

the display of my Jolla 1 phone stopped working. The screen turns on but does not accept touch anymore. After turning the phone off and on for several times, sometimes it is possible to type in the PIN and to start the phone, but it stops accepting touch/swipes/gestures shortly after. The phone is not usable any more. Now I need the calendar data. How can I manage this? Getting data via CalDAV failed. I've got a sailfish backup file stored on my PC HDD (.tar), may this be useful? Thanks a lot for your help!

Thank you! Contacts are already saved. What I need is the calendar data (.ics). Are calendar data stored in the sailfish_backup.tar?

Yes, you can find .ics file in Calendar/data/all.ics

This solved my problem! I extracted the 'sailfish_backup.tar' file and could save 'all.ics'. Now I have access to my calendar data again. Thank you very much!

try this (full phone backup to an SD card)

https://together.jolla.com/question/81832/full-phone-backup-guide/

but if you want specific data, then you'll have to shuffle through the directories and find out.

Thank you! What is the path for calendar on the phone? Is it /home/nemo/.local/share/system/privileged/Calendar?

Sorry. I do not know exact path. Can;t help.

But, please do post the path once you find that out.

Tip: mount /dev/mmcblk0p28 to some path and browse through it.
