Auto rotate lock doesnt work.
I noticed that with rotate lock ON, the screen still rotates especially when the Intex Aquafush phone hasnt been unlocked.
To test:
- press power button once, screen should now be off,
- press power button again to power up screen/lockscreen
- rotate your device 180 degree
What it should be doing is similar to what Apple OS iphone screen rotate lock logic does- No Rotate under any conditions, pre or post phone unlock.
Recommendation: Do NOT rotate screen when screen rotate lock is active, whether the phone is locked or unlocked, the screen is on or off.
Current patches installed:
Does anybody experience that on Jolla 1, Jolla C, Jolla Tablet?
do you have free rotate patch installed? :D
imho sailfish os interface is not designed to rotate 180 degree, so you seems to be using some 3rd party solutions.

Original comment: I've never noticed icons in the list of patches before. How does that happen?, rather, how do I include an icon in my patches?
Spam Hunter ( 2017-05-25 12:30:31 +0200 )editIn Finnish the choises in settings~display~orientation are vertical, horizontal, and dynamic. 'No rotation' or 'Locked' are not available. Perhaps there should be. I have Jolla 1, and choosing vertical makes the orientation to use 180 degree steps.
