Let me answer to this 'question' by not voting but linking to the on-going discussion to differentiate SailfishOS and Android apps in Jolla Store (and maybe in device / Launcher too): https://together.jolla.com/question/914/differentiate-native-sailfishos-and-android-apps-in-jolla-store/
There is quite a lot of support to keep the two platforms separated and that request has been roadmap'ed already so we can be quite sure that Store will be changed accordingly in future upgrades (see the accepted answer there).
What you are asking is to see if there is enough support in community to want to take the separation to the extreme and get rid of Android apps from the store altogether. While I understand the motivation to do so, and I'm personally a strong advocate of SailfishOS and hope the native platform gains more traction and developer interest in the future I still think that Android apps have a place in the Jolla application proviosion (atleast for now, when the features of the of native OS and system/3rd-part apps is still not conplete).
It might be interesting to see what the outcome of this vote will be, but for now, I think it is enough to make it possible for all of us see easily the separation of native and Android apps in Store and in device. This could be done by providing diferent iconsets, brandinkg marks to them and/or enabling appropriate categories, views tags, filters or saved search lists etc that clearly show that the Android apps are there in addition to and an alternative to native SailfishOS app provision, which should be the default, recommened, standatd and best choice to get things done when using Jolla, and when developing apps to it.
Also, this question somewhat duplicates the discussion about how and to what extent the separation of the platforms should be done (see the question linked to this answer). But, maybe it's useful to see how much support there is to make the Jolla Store exclusively a SailfishOS-store (which is not a bad idea in itself). Maybe it could it done when there is more native apps to fulfill the demand of most use-cases and needs of most users (and developers),
Just my 2 cents.. ;)
I even don't understand why there are Android apps in the Jolla Store. Because for Android Apps we have Yandex so this is not needed in the Jolla Store.
Sailor ( 2014-01-18 00:14:00 +0200 )editI think if there has to be Android apps in Jolla Store, they should at least be marked as such. There should be an option in the settings to hide those Android apps.

petros ( 2014-01-18 01:23:14 +0200 )edit@petros This is not a duplicate. The other questions are more moderate, this is about not having android apps in the store.
