Hi all, I live in Australia, will there be an issue buying the OS from here? What can I do if there is? Thanks :-)

I hope that Jolla, like Sony and Eurovision, think Australia is a part of Europe

Other than that I think we'll be able to use a VPN to / from Europe and voila, we're in.

I want to buy it in New Zealand too. I'd rather not have to faff about using VPN or get someone else to buy it for me.

Have you tried using the VPN option in the Opera browser? It worked seamlessly for me. I think I used the Netherlands option.

Yep, VPN built into Opera works perfectly - I used the endpoint in Germany

Opera browser has built in VPN

I used it to purchase SailfishOS for my Xperia X

I'm in New Zealand. I used Opera browser and the built in VPN. The purchase was seamless.
