Examples App that shares via bluetooth:
and via Wifi:

This would allow you to use A-GPS/GLONASS from your Jolla on a PC or a tablet for navigation etc. Some tablets haven’t got GPS but some apps support GPS via Wifi. Even if your tablet has got a GPS then you could add some accuracy from using your GPS/GLONASS combination instead. I would use this for marine navigation and maybe even for sending the location to my VHF radio :)

very nice idea, my location on my pc is far at Zurich but i really live at Geneva, so a GPS help with Jolla/SailfishOS would be amazing for better localisation. Thank for the hint and great idea. Hope other customers and developers follow and vote you idea.

Great idea which will further expand the usability of Jolla.

I feel the need to bump this by adding [feature-request] to the title because implementing this would be important to me!
