Xperia X cellular network settings reset to default on reboot [duplicate]

I use a Swedish Telenor SIM in my Xperia X with Sailfish X 2.1.3.5, and the default settings for both data access point and MMS are wrong.

Default access point: internet.telenor.se
Correct access point: services.telenor.se

MMS default proxy address: 173.30.253.241
MMS correct proxy address: 172.30.253.241

MMS default security: none
MMS correct security: PAP

When I change the default values to the correct ones, both data and MMS work. That is, until I reboot the phone - because on reboot the values are reset to the erroneous default ones.

I have never experienced this bug on neither Jolla 1 nor Jolla C.

Closed as duplicate. Ownership of ofono was the issue. But a secondary issue is of course that Jolla's default settings are not correct.
