Music is played to caller on incoming call

It happened two times on my Xperia X.
First time:
- Media player was playing music via headphone jack.
- Call came in, music paused
- I accepted the call and the media player started playing music to the caller. There was no music audible to me.
Second time:
- Media player was running but on pause
- accepted incoming call
- after some seconds music was played to the caller.
