ssu release version changed when opening Harbour, then reverted

Every time I open the Harbour store, ssu.ini is modified: the line "release=2.1.3.5" (the currently running OS version) is changed to "release=2.1.3.7". A couple of minutes later, the release number is restored automatically to 2.1.3.5. Is it because I subscribed Early Access? Is it normal?
That does sound odd. I have adjusted the topic to be more clear.
