Hello, I have downloaded this file Sailfish X (unofficial):

https://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-x/development/sailfish-os-x-t3677224

I have followed these instructions:

https://jolla.com/sailfishx-windows-instructions/

However, I can not install Sailfish X. I do not understand which page references refer to C1, B4, D6 ... Where do those letters and those numbers come from?

These are the files that I have in my folder:

fimage.img001 flash flash.sh flashing-README (hay muy poca información) hybris-boot Jolla-2.1.3-f5121-armv7hl.urls md5.lst sailfish.img001 SW_binaries_for_Xperia_AOSP_M_MR1_3.10_v13_loire

Can someone please help me?

Not sure the official instructions match the unofficial community port.

@Kalatti you don't mention which version of Windows you are using, but most likely "fastboot driver" issue preventing installation.

I think those references are to the various steps provided by Sony on the Sony website for unlocking the bootloader.
