Commercial OS - ugly tech support!
Hello, Jolla! Hello community!
Almost 4 weeks ago i have submited ticket request to Jolla customer service with 1 simple question about mail settings. My request was submited at November 03, 2017 23:09. Until now, there is NO ANSWER!
I have paid for smartphone, i have PAID for OS. What happening? HOW you will work with people and HOW you can promise them support for non-free software???
Same here but my question was aimed at developer care, I still have not had an answer, but I've come to expect this with Jolla - eventually, after a lot of digging around elsewhere, I answered my question myself.

What they're actually doing now is working with different companies to get more actual devices out there and helping them make customized versions for the markets they're intended for.
