Whatsapp Web as a separate FF tweak
Hi,
I was just thinking is it possible to develop a separate FireFox session with whatsapp web to enable support for whatsapp in sailfish OS than a native Whatsapp client??
We have moved to a new Sailfish OS Forum. Please start new discussions there.

Whatsapp web works on sailfish. In the stock web browser, Just go to about:config, search for useragent, change the version from 45 to 70, and remove all "Android", "Mobile" and "Sailfish" texts, go to "https://web.whatsapp.com", and it works. It doesn't work great, but it is somewhat usable

First of all, to acess and keep runing your account into whatsapp web, you need to be connected 100% of the time inside the whatsapp app itself. Unfortunately it don't works same way as Telegram.
