Since a few days pkcon refresh and pkcon update just working under root. If I try with nemo the output is Schwerwiegender Fehler: Failed to obtain authentication.. Does anybody knows whats wrong? I guess there a problems with rights in ssu. Any idea?

Pkcon command are not allowed by nemo by default. Warehouse and/or Storeman enable this.
Recently Storeman moved away from policykit rules, in favor of mapplauncherd (see Storeman release notes 0.0.22-1). One of the consequences seems to be that pkcon is no longer allowed using nemo.

My guess: some pkcon commands were considered too dangerous to allow them running as nemo.
