hi all I have problem with updating programs via 'google play' all downloads got stuck on 'pending download'. also i am using viber and it shows me notification that 'google play services' shold be updated, but this update also has status 'pending upload'. how i can found cause of this issue or solve it? thanks

your google play is update automaticly, you need first remove updated version, than you can download applications, while gplay will update it self again automaticly,
but with these instructions you can disable auto update ( or you need just copy com.android.vending.apk to com.android.vending-1.apk, than add chattr +i to com.android.vending-1.apk ), than google cant rewrite your gapps ... that all work for me in jolla c
Think that you will find in some instances that the following is also required:
touch /opt/alien/data/app/com.android.vending-2.apk
chattr +i /opt/alien/data/app/com.android.vending-2.apk
