Unable to add outlook shared mailbox account

At work we have a shared outlook mailbox (using office365) and I would like to add it as a mailbox on my Sailfish X device. I have successfully added it to a computer using info as below, but it won’t work on my Sailfish X device.

Account type: IMAP
Hostname: outlook.office365.com
Username: <my@user.account>\<shared@mail.box>
Password: <my password>
Use SSL
Port: 993

All I get is “Problem with authentication”.

Also, Is there any way I can get more information about what goes wrong?
