When I rebooted the phone (SFOS 3.0.0.8) after a completely drained battery, the background image of the ambience shows up, but no lockscreen, no response to the fingerprint sensor, no access to the applauncher. The only things that are accessible are the top drawer and the camera app (the same way you can access it from the locked screen). Anybody any idea how I access my phone again?

can you open Settings from the icon in top menu?

I can see the icon, but tapping gives me 2 options: 'Organize' , which is possible, and 'Go to topmenu settings' which turns the screen black.

can you try multiple button clicks

in my case the power button brings up an empty.screen once or twice a day two more pushes on powerbutton then do bring the real lock screen

maybe dumb question, but have to make sure - you did already reboot, right?
