Why jolla block the Rest oft the World? Okay in russia and bolivia they have license partners, but there is still a lot white places left. Ans one knows Mord about this?

Here's something I also thought about the issue. If one made a product, would they right away try to push it to everywhere in the world or try to market the product to areas where it's efficient?
I don't see this as manifestation of Jolla blocking the rest of the world. Obviously Jolla is orienting their business in the areas that it's efficient to grow and expand. Second thing is also that Jolla is yet still a small company so pushing to places like USA etc. is right now maybe too complicated let alone the licencing issues that there could be. So obviously there are multiple reasons behind the decision to restrict Jolla's business in some specific areas. Mobile OS is also very competitive area, too big a leap could be potentially fiasco.
In short, Jolla's restriction is due to their capability

Maybe it's about the VAT (taxes)?
