[Xperia XA2] Android support missing after update to 3.0.1.14 and buying licence [answered]
After I've bought a Sailfish X beta license, upgraded to 3.0.1.14 and several reboots, I cannot find Android support nor Exchange in the Jolla store. I've tried pkcon refresh; pkcon -v update
and also cleared the app registry in SF utilities.
Aptoide and HereMaps appear in Jolla store, can be installed but not started (of course not).
- Does it matter that I bought the license _before_ I upgraded?
- Does it matter that my phone wasn't switched off when I bought the license?
Any other hints to get it fixed?
(My user name for the Jolla account on the phone is 'jol')
I have a similar issue. I got two Sailfish X licenses as a refund for the tablet. Now both licenses seem to be bound to Xperia X devices. On license is enabled on my Xperia X but I can't get the second one enabled on my Xperia XA2 Plus.
I submitted a request on Zendesk, lets see what happens...

Will-Do ( 2019-01-31 22:33:15 +0200 )editIt's been fixed by Jolla <3. I bought the wrong licence. Back in november I bought the 'normal' Sailfish X licence (because the Xa2 licences weren't available yet). Jolla changed into a Xa2 license and now I have the full Sailfish
