[BUG] Setting->Data Counters (Always Calculating) [released]

Open Settings -> Data Counters
At the first time the page is displayed normally. But if we go back to the Settings, and reopen the Data Counters page, it displays the "Calculating" placeholder. If we close the Settings application, and reopen it, in first time the Data Counters page is displayed normally again.
P.S. and stats of celluar are zero (its not true)
occurring since 3.0.2.8, apparently on all supported platforms (judging by comments left)
Update: in 3.1.0.11 on XA2 as well as X the same bug, still not fixed.
In some cases (Jolla 1, X) the counter now even stays on zero all the time.
Update 2: in 3.2.0.12 on XA2+ still not fixed, Bug reproduce video
fixed (for good?) with 3.2.1
