The only android app I installed with network when wifi not enabled is Fennec browser. F-Droid, Store and several other apps cannot find network unless wifi enabled.

Some Android app have network problems also in wifi. My onkyo device app can't find the device and always tells NO CONNECTION AVAILABLE .
My bank app IWBANK can only connect in wifi while can't in 3/4G .
There are a lot of other apps with similar issues .

same here sadly...android apps are not being able to establish a connection with mobile network.

- Yle.fi (news from the Finnish broadcasting company)
- Android app stores: Aptoide, Yalp, APK Pure
