no Android notification sounds on XA2 [duplicate]

I'm a new sfos user and only am using it for 2 weeks now. However I already have issues with the OS. Android notifications are always silent, even those which are listed in the androidnotifications file under lipstick/ with the latest Hossa beta I can't even download new repositories while those issues aren't directly related it gives hopefully a hint and maybe a solution to my problem
The error message i get is: "File ./armv7hl/alienaudioservice-0.3-1.2.60.jolla.armv7hl.rpm not found on medium [....]
