Trying to open a forwarded message gives me "message/rfc822" type not supported.

This should work now from 3.2.1 release forward as there's eml attachment support.

No "application/xhtml+xml" is not part of RFC2822 [1] (should refer to 2822 instead of 822) . It's like an old html variant from 2002 [2]. See also iana's media-type [3].

I personally think that it is dangerous to open any form of HTML - be it mail or attachment.
Unfortunately your request did not get the attention as this one, because I do not see any comments. Why don't you try put this on the 100 paper clips?
