Hello, I encountered a strange bug: sometimes without apparent reason my contacts lose their phone numbers. I can still see a call log and I have all my messeges but they are displayed with plain phone numbers and not with the contact names. When I opened the Contacts app all my contacts were there just without any phone number. After performing synchronisation with my Google account everything went back to normal (until another bug occurance).

To make things a bit more interesting I created a new contact and didn't sync my account and waited for the bug to happen. When it happened I synced again and checked my new contact - it had a phone number. So it seems that the numbers are still connected to contacts, just not displayed.

It happened first with SfOS 3.0.2.8 and several times after update to 3.0.3.10. I use Intex thinking it's Jolla C (https://together.jolla.com/question/148893/how-to-make-aqua-fish-to-think-its-jolla-c-not-modem/) - all updates were performed through Settings app.

I've actually encountered similar case on XA2 dual sim running on 3.0.3.10. It isn't regular but happens sometimes. Most likely is related to this in some way?

I'm experiencing the same issue on a single sim Xperia X running 3.0.3.10. Restoring my contacts from a backup restore the phone, email and addres information does not work. The phone, email and address fields stay empty. Manually updating a contacts phone, email and address information does not work either. The phone, email and address fields stay empty.

Sync with my google account does not resolve anything.
