In phone app the history scroll down is not possible

Hi, is it only me that is having this issue? In the new phone app in 3.1 on Sailfish X I can not scroll down the history in the phone app, being left only with limited number of recent calls displayed on the screen.
Was this asked already? Is there an answer?

20190721 Update: today the scrolling was working as expected
20190925 Update: since yesterday again the scroll is possible only up to the beginning of September
20200129 Update: on 3.2.1.20 and had to restart again, because the scroll down was blocked ( one vertical page of the screen )
Has someone an answer to this?

I am able to scroll down to about 3 screenfuls of past phonecalls.
