A Jolla account in use which has not signed in for Early-Access, however, 3.1.0.11 is offered for download, by check for Sailfish OS update [at Settings]. Verified by another account (and different J1) which also not signed up for Early-Access.

Is this behaviour intended?
How to avoid Early-Access if not signed in for?
How to remove notification of 3.1.0.11 from J1 phones?

Wow, I was under the impression that it is still EA because the release notes have not been updated: https://together.jolla.com/question/208530/release-notes-310-seitseminen/#208530-update-version-history
