Pulley Shortcuts from Lockscreen do not work properly when Phone is locked [released]

Since last update (3.1 Seitseminem) pulley shortcuts from lockscreen do not start an app but lead to events view. How to reproduce: - When you wake up the phone, you see the lockscreen, phone is locked. - From Lockscreen you can access a pulley menu with shortcuts to apps (in my example: messages, phone, contacts) - after choosing one of those apps, the unlock screen appears- after unlocking the phone, it used to start the chosen app, as expected. - Now, since last update, after unlocking the phone, you see the eventsview.
Am i the only one with this bug?
i can reproduce it on my Jolla 1.
It's possible to reproduce only when security code is on

The app is started if it wasn't open already, but you have to go to the home screen and select it. I remember that it used to go straight to the app after unlocking, as you say.
