In the past community members from the Americas have complained that the Community meeting on IRC is not a a good time for them.

I have raised this issue in the meeting and it was suggested we do a poll to see how many people would be interested in attending a meeting at an alternate time.

Times that have been suggested include:

15:00 UTC

I guess interest for another time is not high after all...

(The idea I proposed was that since the meeting is every other week have the time be early/late [in UTC timezone] every other week)

every time we have tried this, nobody from these regions turns up, either from lack of interest or lack of knowledge

I just remembered that people had in the past complained about the time being impossible for them so I tried giving them a voice.

I just hope that the lack of response is not due to these people having moved on and left us.

I have most often seen this come up on IRC. Maybe the interested parties don't frequent TJC often. Asking on people on IRC to comment on this issue may help?
