Hi,

I have a XA2, my problem is, i cant update my Sailfish 3.1.0 .11 to the new Version. In my update screen i read the this: developer-updates not activated, device in 'jolla' domain, for the update is a register under system developer tools necessary.

When i go to this option can i only type my name, password and a domain. Then comes the status:

"proxy connection refused"

i try many solutions fro here:

recovery modus and get a su password, and try this here: https://together.jolla.com/question/215456/could-not-re-enable-dev-mode-xperiax-and-jolla-phone-solved/

no solution, every pkcon command ends with: "Authentication failed (is SSU set up correctly?)"

Anybody an idea to fix this ugly situation???

The option developer-modus is not available...

Did you play around in console with ssu?

Show us output of

ssu s

and

ssu fl

Maybe a simple

devel-su ssu do sales

may cure?

Hello,

today i make a pkcon refesh and voila successful. Now the system update in settings can be download and install. I think the change in "sales" domain are the solution. But the change maybe need a reboot or a pkcon refresh?

when i type "ssu register" with my same username/password from account.jolla.com, evertime this error:
