[BUG] Xperia 10 audio stops working

Regardless of theme or adjusting Call volume or Media Volume, no audio is played from incoming calls, Browser media or Clock alarms. I've not rebooted the phone for couple of days.
I can take logs if somebody instructs me how.
No audio via the headset either.
I run the CSD tool and audio tests fail. Also all the sensor tests fail.
I have the same issue by the XA2
Linus Kasch ( 2019-11-29 15:45:45 +0200 )editI have experienced this once. Restarting the phone did the trick. Little search on the net reveals that it happens on Sony phone also on Android. Some have reported that inserting headset into 3,5 mm plug and taking it away has sorted this out.
I also noticed that for calls my microphone was muted, the other party did not hear anything not did I hear them.
Lupin ( 2019-12-01 02:15:13 +0200 )editToday it has happened a weird thing to me, I tried to place a call and no audio was coming out of the speaker, I re-tried and nothing, so I put my phone in aeroplane mode and back but nothing. The only way to make it back work was a reboot. This is incredibly annoying, I have an Xperia 10 (Non plus).

Device was running not more than 4h hours. No Audio anywhere. CSD "Loudspeaker playback and Stereo Loudspeaker" also failed. Forgot to check headset - will do next time, also other sensor tests.
update 30.6 today some random reboots after weeks of stable operatio. No sound within 5 minutes of uptime. csd tool could not öroduce a sound via speakers or 3,5mm
