@piv:could you convert this to a comment? it's not an answer ;)

maybe your Pulseaudio daemon has crashed. With developer mode enabled you can check its status with:

systemctl status pulseaudio.service

Should it not be running, try:

devel-su systemctl start pulseaudio.service

thanks you @rozgwi

I already reboot yesterday so the pb is now solved until it will occurs again, but before reboot, I check the status of pulseaudio.service and it show that the deamon was killed 3 days ago (I don't remember the exact error log). so I tried systemctl restart pulseaudio.service in devel-su but the deamon was still in the same state so I reboot... next time, I will inspect this pb deeper, thanks you

I have the issue now,

[root@Sailfish nemo]# systemctl status pulseaudio.service
● pulseaudio.service - PulseAudio (system-wide mode)
Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/pulseaudio.service; static; vendor preset: enabled)
Active: inactive (dead) since Sat 2020-03-28 18:01:18 EET; 3 days ago
  Process: 3073 ExecStart=/usr/bin/pulseaudio --daemonize --system --disallow-module-loading $CONFIG (code=exited, status=0/SUCCESS)
 Main PID: 3149
   Memory: 1.9M
      CPU: 794ms
   CGroup: /system.slice/pulseaudio.service

Warning: Journal has been rotated since unit was started. Log output is incomplete or unavailable.
[root@Sailfish nemo]# ps ax|grep pulse

But I am unable to restart it;

[root@Sailfish nemo]# systemctl restart pulseaudio.service
Failed to restart pulseaudio.service: Operation refused, unit pulseaudio.service may be requested by dependency only.

It seems this issue comes up after the phone has been laying around unused for a longer time, like over 24h.
