[bug,3.2.1] Accounts tokens cannot be re-synced and re-created just after upgrade

Lost/broken accounts:
- Dropbox, cannot re-sync, cannot re-create, reboot fixed re-create issue
- Facebook, cannot re-sync, cannot recreate, reboot fixed re-create issue
Partially broken:
- Google, email synchronizes, calendar duplicates records with every sync (first, second second, third third third, ...).
Dropbox account login token has been lost/broken after I wanted to create new backup. It has shortly shown red message (didn't catch that) and then the check for update kept spinning and account has been marked 'not signed in' in Settings>Accounts.
Facebook account has been 'not signed in' before upgrade and after I got error on Dropbox account I was unable to 'log in' with the same usual error.
