Creating a date in the People app does not create a calendar event. [duplicate]
Creating a date in the People app does not create a calendar event.
Creating a date in the People app (without changing default date type) only creates date in People app. But it should create whole day event in the calendar.
How to reproduce:
- Open People app
- Edit some contact
- Add date
- Set date type to something different than "birthday"
- Save contact
If you set date type to something different than a birthday, there will be no event in calendar.
Device: Jolla 1 and Jolla C
OS: 3.2.1.20
I can't see anything weird in logs
Works properly in my Xperia 10, 3.2.1.20.

peterleinchen ( 2020-02-13 08:24:26 +0200 )editinteresting, I have 2 phones, Jolla 1 and Jolla C and it doesn't work on both.
atlochowski ( 2020-02-13 09:19:17 +0200 )edit@peterleinchen I edited my post, can you check now if you can reproduce it?
atlochowski ( 2020-02-13 09:29:24 +0200 )editOh, yes.
But this is a different thing.
Afaik Jolla only supports dates from contacts into a 'birthday calendar', so it is obvious that we need to choose birthday (the other types are quite new).
So this is a feature request!?
