Creating a date in the People app does not create a calendar event.

Creating a date in the People app (without changing default date type) only creates date in People app. But it should create whole day event in the calendar.

How to reproduce:

  1. Open People app
  2. Edit some contact
  3. Add date
  4. Set date type to something different than "birthday"
  5. Save contact

If you set date type to something different than a birthday, there will be no event in calendar.

Device: Jolla 1 and Jolla C

OS: 3.2.1.20

I can't see anything weird in logs

@peterleinchen I edited my post, can you check now if you can reproduce it?

Oh, yes.
But this is a different thing.
Afaik Jolla only supports dates from contacts into a 'birthday calendar', so it is obvious that we need to choose birthday (the other types are quite new).

So this is a feature request!?
