Unfortunately after set, it is not possible to change the synchronization interval of CalDAV/CardDAV accounts anymore. When closing the page, the selected value will jump back into the initial one.
Where is the config file located that stores the sync interval data in it, so I can edit it by hand?
In this file, what do I have to edit to see an hourly interval?

Bug spotted and corrected already. It will be in a future version (the 3.3.0 should ship the fix), see https://together.jolla.com/question/220403/bug-caldav-carddav-off-peak-interval-resets-itself-when-reviewed/
The file is in ~/.cache/msyncd/sync/caldav-sync-xx.xml and cardav.Contacts-xx.xml. you need to devel-su -p to access it. You can change the interval attribute in schedule element. It's in minutes.
