I am not receiving any update as of today 02/05 my XA2 Ultra still says "Updated" and stays on 3.2.1.20 , checking daily since release announcement but nothing...

The updates for H4213 were not advertised by Jolla Store. Apologies. This has been fixed now. Please use Settings > Sailfish OS updates to search for updates and you will get them.

Try this:

devel-su
pkill  store-client
rm -rf /home/.pk-zypp-dist-upgrade-cache/*
rm  /home/nemo/.cache/sailfish-osupdateservice/os-info

After that try to update from Update menu.

In case instruction above doesn't work try to:

ssu re 3.3.0.16
version --dup

hello i have the same poblem wth xperia xa2 ultra... i'm new in jolls and dont undertstand the procedure... my phone have 3.0.3 version... gmail dont' work impossible to install some apps and store android... pls help me!

Thanks atlochowski , second procedure worked to force update to Rokua 3.3.x , but after reboot if a check is made again in Update menu, OS finds an update but wants to revert back to 3.2.1.20 , even if after opening it , it says current version is Rokua.

Trying to do first procedure resets Update menu back to Rokua, but this behaviour is somewhat annoying and not correct, wonder why it happens to me. .

Update 03/05: Decided to do a a factory reset, and after a couple updates device found no other one after 3.2.1.20 , what the hell ?? Is my XA2 Ultra not compatible with 3.3.x Rokua ?

Launch the new "Terminal" app icon that you will now find in apps, now write every single line of the mentioned commands, be sure to write every line exactly how it is written (including spaces) and press enter at the end of every line.
