After 1.0.3.8 I notice following behavior: when device is connected to WiFi that has a problem(no internet, star sign or exclamation mark) it does not connect/switch automatically to (available) mobile data. Even trying manually to connect to mobile does not work. When I get out of reach of the WiFi network, mobile data connection is established normally. In the same situation my N9 (auto)readily connects to mobile when noticing the issue with WiFi. 09.02.2014 Today after leaving the range of my home WiFi router Jolla shows the star inside WiFi icon and refuses to connect to mobile data. Even after switching off WiFi mobile is not initiated. Restarting connman systemctl restart connman.service solved the issue with mobile data, but the device stopped responding to side edge swipes when application is open. When in lock or home screen, side swipes work working normally letting you select favourite ambiances.

This sounds like a case where root cause is the same for this bug I reported:
https://together.jolla.com/question/35651/bug-losing-mobile-data-connection-when-known-wifi-available-but-no-signal/

Shortly, the device always tries to reconnect to a non-working wifi even though I've explicitly enabled mobile data.

@TNZ Sounds different for me - I do not experience CPU overload, device just stays connected to the WiFi AP and does not switch to mobile, although the WiFi does not have connection to the Internet. If I disconnect my home WiFi router from the ISP, Jolla will maintain WiFi link to it, refusing to connect to the available mobile data(although loss of internet access is detected). In the same time N9 when the absence of Internet is detected will switch to GPRS automatically.
