Screen stuck in strange landscape mode?

OK, this started when I had problems with CuteSpotify. I had to log out and log in again and clear the cash files for CuteSPotify because the program did not start (known problem).
After that I did a reboot of the phone and then it got stuck in this strange screen mode? The settings is not accessible and I cant do nothing?
My Win 7 home premium seams not to have the RNDIS kit? How to reset the phone?
Anyone seen this before?
