Hi, currently we are not looking at integrating the Sailfish UI layouts or SailfishOS SDK with QML Designer. We are currently based on QtCreator 2.x and before QtCreator 3.x has been integrated to our SDK we don't put in additional components. This is to make sure we can make transition to QtCreator 3.x smoothly.

HOWEVER, if someone wants, all the bits and pieces are available to start integrating QML Designer to SailfishOS SDK are available in either fully OSS'd (as source in github.com (see: https://github.com/sailfish-sdk/) or QML files in device or SDK. Please notice that as the Sailfish Silica is not fully opensourced, we cannot guarantee that the QML files in release X are the same in the future. But - those can get you started.

So I guess the question every one wants answered is: When is SailfishSDK going to be based on QtCreator 3?
