I'm using FM transmitter to listen music from Jolla through my car's stereo (car's stereo doesn't have a bluetooth audio feature). When bluetooth handsfree connects, the audio/music gets muted. Disconnecting/connecting the headphone/FMtransmitter plug restores the audio. And vice versa, if I get a call during listening music, the plug needs to be re-inserted to be able to hear the call.

The audio is somehow routed, well, maybe not wrong but differently than in Symbian/Maemo/WP. I am not familiar enough with Pulseaudio to get this sorted out by myself, is there anybody else with similar symptoms?

Hello Rami, could you tell us which program do you use to send the Radio signal to your car's stereo? Thanks in advance.

I cannot see that option in my built-in media player. Could you tell me where to find that option?

Not sure but you can try what explained ins answer #3 in this ticket (Enable module-switch-on-port-available in pulseaudio):

I had the same issue with Spotify, it works better for me, although it seems it doesn't work when phone is locked, it gets autoconnected to BT when car engine is started but audio is still routed to phone speakers, disconnectingfrom BT and connecting again routes audio correctly.

I have to say, why not a little Scandinavian solidarity: Jolla and Bang and Olufsen ? A simple wired, good quality ear phones, with a mic' mute button. nothing else is really needed.
