Blank screen when receiving a call. Can't take the call!

Hi,
several times now my phone screen has turned blank grey when a phone call came in. There was no way to give any input, especially no way to give an input to receive the call. This does not occur regularly and I can receive calls in between in a normal way, but it is rather annoying. When receiving such a call it seems things return to normal, when the caller hangs up. If the callers number is transmitted it is shown in the incoming calls log afterwards. So I can at least call back. Some of my calls are redirected, so this might be an issue. Thanks for help.
I have the same issue. When receiving a call sometimes the screen backlight turns on but the screen is black/blank. Phone rings but you cant answer the call. Nothing else helps than pulling from top to close the phone application and the screen becomes alive and you can call back.

Same issue here : phone rings, but screen remains blank, and thus can't slide to take or reject call.
