Can't sign in Jolla account [answered]
Hello,
I received my Jolla phone today and have been unable to log in Jolla account.
The error message: "Oops, problem with account creation
Go back to try again, or skip now and add this account later."
What I have done so far :
created account (started on phone and finished on https://account.jolla.com/), it's validated and I can log in on the website
Played with the timezone:
- Manuel/automatic, I tried to set the clock a minute forward, with no success
If I type a wrong password I have "Entered username or password was not valid" => I don't think it's related to the ssl error due to timezone
Reset device
Retried these steps at least two times each, with phone data or wifi
I also can't update the phone (or maybe there isn't any update available ?), when I tap "Check for update", menu closes and nothing happens.
I hope someone can help me :)
HI, I don't want to create another one, I have also problems from the morning.. I cannot sign, it say "account need to be updated", does anybody else has problems ? Any Info ?
